1- Return Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, provided that the product is unused, in its original condition, with the original packaging and all accessories.

2- Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Custom-made or specially designed products.
- Products that have been used, damaged, or assembled by the customer.
- Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect self-installation.
- Self-installed items such as shelves, bathroom storage units, wall art, wall clocks, and decorative racks.
- Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Return or exchange requests submitted after 14 days from the delivery date.

3- Defective or Damaged Products

Products must be inspected upon delivery.

If there is any visible damage, defect, or mismatch, the customer should refuse the product upon delivery and report the issue within 24 hours.

Hidden manufacturing defects may be reported within 3 days from the delivery date, along with 3 clear photos or a video showing the issue.

Fit Furniture is not responsible for damages caused by misuse or incorrect self-installation.

4- How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange, customers must contact Customer Service within 14 days of receiving the order via:

The request must include the order details and clear photos or videos if the product is defective or damaged.

5- Refunds

In case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an error from Fit Furniture, a full refund or replacement will be issued.

In case of return due to change of mind, only ready-made products may be returned, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

For returns without defects, 15% of the product value will be deducted, in addition to the actual shipping cost.

Payment gateway and financing fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- 3% for Visa payments.
- 5% for ValU payments.

Fit Furniture does not offer cash refunds. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method, such as bank transfer, credit card, or ValU account.

The refund process begins once the returned product is received and inspected.

Refunds may take 5 to 14 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider’s policies.

6- Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a Fit Furniture error, manufacturing defect, or shipping damage, Fit Furniture will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to the customer’s change of mind, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

7- Exchanges

Customers may request a product exchange within 14 days from the delivery date, provided that the product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all packaging and accessories.

Exchange approval is subject to product availability and inspection.

8- Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 4 days from the order date.

After 4 days, cancellation may be subject to a deduction from the paid deposit to cover administrative costs, preparation, or the start of product manufacturing.

For custom-made products, cancellation may not be accepted after production has started.

9- Installation Service

Fit Furniture offers installation services for products that require professional installation, excluding self-installed items such as shelves, bathroom storage units, wall art, wall clocks, and decorative racks.

Fit Furniture is not responsible for damages caused by incorrect self-installation or installation by a third party.

Installation appointments are scheduled based on availability.

10- Custom-Made Products

Custom-made or specially designed products are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Measurements, colors, materials, and design details approved by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.

Colors may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, natural material differences, and screen settings.

11- Product Removal from Website

Fit Furniture reserves the right to remove any product from the website at any time without prior notice.

Fit Furniture may reject or cancel orders after order confirmation in exceptional cases, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or production limitations.
